Kolloquium „Rumänisch im Migrationskontext“

Über 25 % der Sprecher mit Rumänisch als L1 leben heute – infolge der Migration – außerhalb von Rumänien und der Republik Moldau. Inzwischen sind zahlreiche Vertreter der 2. Generation hinzugekommen. Die hauptsächlichen Ansiedlungsgebiete in Europa sind Italien, Deutschland, Großbritannien, Spanien, Portugal und Frankreich, außerhalb Europas die Vereinigten Staaten, Kanada und Argentinien. Aus dieser Situation ergeben sich zahlreiche, unterschiedliche Konstellationen von Sprachkontakt, sowohl innerromanisch wie auch mit typologisch und genetisch sehr verschiedenen Sprachen. Sie eröffnen vielfältige Forschungsperspektiven für die Systemlinguistik, die Variationslinguistik, die Soziolinguistik und die Kognitive Linguistik.
Ziel unseres Kolloquiums ist es, Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftlern, die über einschlägige Probleme arbeiten, ein Forum zum Austausch und zur Präsentation ihrer Projekte zu geben.

Sprachen der Veranstaltung:
Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch, Italienisch und Spanisch.

Dauer jedes Vortrags:
30 Minuten + 10 bis 15 Minuten für die Diskussion.

Workshop „Romanian in the context of migration“

The workshop will take place online (via Zoom).

As a result of migration, over 25% of Romanian L1-Speakers now live outside of Romania and the Republic of Moldova. Many second-generation speakers have also added to that number. The main areas of settlement in Europe are Italy, Germany, Great Britain, Spain, Portugal and France; outside of Europe they include the United States, Canada and Argentina. As a result of this situation, there are numerous different types of language contact, not only with the various Romance languages, but also with languages which differ significantly in terms of genetic heritage and typology. This contact opens up a wide variety of research perspectives in the fields of systemic functional linguistics, variationist linguistics, sociolinguistics and also cognitive linguistics. The aim of our colloquium is to provide scientists working on related issues with a forum in which they can exchange and present their projects.
