The Colloquium on Generative Grammar (CGG) is an annual conference that has been held in Spain, Portugal and France since 1991. In this conference, linguists from all over the world discuss the latest approaches to the syntax, semantics and phonology of natural languages and their interfaces within the Generative Grammar framework. The CGG is one of the main conferences on this topic held in Europe.

The 31st Colloquium on Generative Grammar will be held at the University of the Balearic Islands (Mallorca, Spain) in June 1-3, 2022, as an initiative of the Department of Spanish, Modern and Classical Philology and the Department of Catalan Philology and General Linguistics.

The conference will consist of a two-day main session (free topic) and will be preceded by a one-day thematic Workshop on Language acquisition in typical and atypical populations.
